Claymont Health Achieves Five-Star Rating

Claymont Health and Rehabilitation is proud to announce that we have achieved the highest honor and have been recognized as a 5-Star Rated Facility by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). In order to become a 5-star facility, we have to be in compliance with multiple areas in our facility. This falls on the health of our residents, staffing measures, and quality within our skilled nursing facility, just to name a few.



The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services developed the star rating system to provide consumers with an easy way to search for nursing homes that provide the quality of care they desire. The survey rating takes the most recent three years of surveys into account. The ratings are based on health outcomes, staffing levels, annual health inspections, and overall quality. Facilities are ranked from a 1 to 5 Star Overall Rating.
